Our Story

FinBudget Pro founder in early days of company

FinBudget Pro was founded in 2008 by Sarah Reynolds, a former investment banker who recognized a critical gap in financial education for everyday people. After witnessing countless families struggle with debt and poor financial planning during the financial crisis, Sarah decided to leave her lucrative Wall Street career to create a company dedicated to democratizing financial knowledge.

Starting with just three clients and operating from her apartment, Sarah developed a unique methodology that combined practical budgeting techniques with personalized coaching. Word quickly spread about her approachable style and effective strategies, leading to rapid growth through referrals.

By 2012, FinBudget Pro had expanded to a team of five financial advisors and moved into our first office space. We introduced our flagship workshop series "Budget Mastery" which has since helped over 5,000 individuals take control of their finances.

In 2015, we launched our digital platform, extending our reach beyond in-person consultations to serve clients nationwide. Today, FinBudget Pro has grown into a team of dedicated financial experts united by a common mission: empowering individuals to achieve financial freedom through education, practical tools, and personalized guidance.
